She always knows how to push just the right amount as well as tailor the workout to what suits you on the day. There is a variety of exercises and equipment meaning everyone is catered for. . If you are looking for a personal trainer then I’m convinced there is no one better than Olivia /Xtrafit.

Since starting the sessions last year, I have seen some incredible improvements in physical fitness, mental health, motivation and diet! Olivia will always support us both during the sessions and out of class, and will change our routines/sessions based on our goals and requirements. I couldn’t recommend Olivia more to anyone who is looking for a PT in London, it’s been such a fantastic experience working with her!
Alice21 May 2023I’ve now worked with Olivia for nearly 2 years and without her, I’m rubbish at sticking to consistent exercise. Every session is always different, mixing it up between cardio, weights and abs. She is encouraging throughout and always provides lower/higher options when needed. I work out with my partner and she manages to tailor the exercises to our different strengths/size. She also helps with our diet, recommending ways to make sure we’re eating the right amount of fat/protein! Don’t know what we’d do without her!

Amal G2 May 2022Having previously worked out with a personal trainer and seen some results in strength and fitness, I was keen to start training with Olivia at Xtra Fit to gain back pre-pandemic fitness levels. I was a bit sceptical of any results I might achieve but figured I would at least regain any strength lost during lockdown, and lose some weight. However, I am happy to admit that the results have massively exceeded my expectations. I have lost all the weight gained during lockdown (and more), regained significant strength and fitness! Olivia pushes you every session with new exercises, and increases in equipment weight. She keeps you motivated with gentle pushing throughout the session, always helping you to go further than before and finish the set. It's honestly like working out with a friend that wants to help you achieve your fitness goals.Load more
