Every session is always different, mixing it up between cardio, weights and abs. She is encouraging throughout and always provides lower/higher options when needed. I work out with my partner and she manages to tailor the exercises to our different strengths/size. I was a bit sceptical of any results I might achieve but figured I would at least regain any strength lost during lockdown, and lose some weight. However, I am happy to admit that the results have massively exceeded my expectations. I have lost all the weight gained during lockdown (and more), regained significant strength and fitness! Olivia pushes you every session with new exercises, and increases in equipment weight. She keeps you motivated with gentle pushing throughout the session, always helping you to go further than before and finish the set.
