Xtra-Fit proudly presents: fitness retreats. In 2018, Xtra-Fit organised its first fitness retreat, at "Villa Waves" in Perama, Corfu. This year we are hard at work to organise a new retreat, possibly two, again at "Villa Waves" and/or possibly in Mallorca.

An absolutely awesome first Xtrafit Corfu Retreat. First of all the most beautiful villa with breathtaking views right on the water. Great programme set up for the 4 days HIIT, abs, cycling, swimming & yoga. Really varied and flexible dependant on the weather and everyone’s needs. Super chilled with downtime to relax, & enjoy the view (and the odd gin & tonic!). Will definitely be signing up for another one.
Xtra-fit was a great retreat with exceptional customer service, plenty of entertainment and good value for money. Olivia is a kind, friendly and thoughtful host who went far beyond expectations to ensure we felt welcome and looked after.
Generous with her time, I loved the chance to learn different ways of exercising beyond the main HIIT session, yet Olivia kept it feeling super chilled out. We had plenty of wine for supper and enjoyed being able to explore the local area. I loved trying paddle boarding and the informality of it all meant no experience was required.
I’d definitely do it again and highly recommend!

Olivia is an amazing PT! I've had several personal trainers in London over the last few years and have had by far and away the best results with her training. In just six months thanks to her sessions and nutritional advice I have been able to reduce my body fat percentage significantly and increase my muscle mass too. I never thought I would achieve these goals so quickly and I'm the fittest I've ever been!
Olivia also has a lovely style - always positive and motivating - and our sessions are super fun and varied. She consistently pushes me to go that little bit further each time with workouts tailored to my personal goals. She is also really flexible and accommodating which is a huge help when you have a busy and changeable work schedule.

I was looking for something like that for a long time. I am not a fitness addict at all.. I would say that sessions with Olivia was very effective for me, I was also combined them with their Bootcamp, so it is much more effective than going to the Gym to stair on the treadmills. It was a good starting point for entering the fitness world in Wandsworth area.
