I discovered my passion for fitness when I was at school, realising early on that exercising was an extremely positive and rewarding hobby for me. However, I wanted to try new things and find out what worked best for me. With this in mind, I joined and then captained a Cheerleading squad as an opportunity to branch into an unknown area of fitness- and despite the preconceptions of this sport, it was here I discovered my competitive nature and drive to be the best version of myself through working out and keeping healthy.
For me, I believe there is more to fitness than just 'working out'- its about instilling my personal passion for fitness into my clients so they can feel the same drive to get fit as I do. And I believe it is this healthy excitement that makes my training worth remembering and returning for.
I met Olivia at the start of 2017 and immediately learnt that we had the same energy and drive for this industry, and have worked alongside each other ever since.
Having spent the past 2 years studying and working as a Personal Trainer, I can say it is without doubt the best decision I have ever made, to be able to- not only help others meet their goals, and live healthier lives- but grow and continue learning from clients as well as other trainers about how to use fitness as a mechanism for a better way of living.

I was looking for something like that for a long time. I am not a fitness addict at all.. I would say that sessions with Olivia was very effective for me, I was also combined them with their Bootcamp, so it is much more effective than going to the Gym to stair on the treadmills. It was a good starting point for entering the fitness world in Wandsworth area.
